Coffee Maker Product Warranties

For details on the warranty of a particular Classic Coffee Concepts coffee maker, refer to the instruction manual of that product. A library of all instruction manuals is available in the Customer Service section of this website.

Website Warranty Return Policy

Should a coffee maker become defective during the warranty period, please contact the R/A Department and request a return merchandise authorization number.

Please have the following information available when you call, FAX or email your request:

  • Company name, address, telephone number, e-mail address and contact name.
  • Original Classic Coffee Concepts billing, or other Proof of Purchase.
  • Item Number and Description, Serial Number if applicable and a clear statement of the problem.

To submit your request:

  • Call Classic Coffee Concepts at 800-937-4100 and ask for R/A Request.
  • Fax Classic Coffee Concepts at 704-597-2405 Attn: R/A Request.
  • E-mail Classic Coffee Concepts at ra@classiccoffeeconcepts.com.

Once we receive your request, our R/A Dept. will process the authorization and call, fax or e-mail your Return Authorization Number.

When you are ready to ship the product back to Classic Coffee Concepts, the following is the procedure you need to follow:

  • Clearly mark the R/A Number on the shipping box. Shipments missing a legible and correct R/A number marked outside the package will be refused and Classic Coffee Concepts will not be responsible for them.
  • Ship ONLY the product(s) for which the R/A number was issued. Classic Coffee Concepts will not be responsible in any way for unauthorized returned product, especially but not limited to non-Classic Coffee Concepts product.
  • Include in the package a proof of purchase, such as a copy of the original invoice or sales order with the appropriate line item marked.
  • Please attach a written description of the problem of each item being returned.
  • Make sure that the merchandise is securely packaged in packing of at least equivalent quality to the original packing. Remember that you are responsible for the product until we receive it. Classic Coffee Concepts will not be responsible for and does not warrant against damage of any sort incurred prior to our receipt of the product. In our experience, common carriers will also not be held responsible for shipping damage in cases where packing was insufficient.
  • Product is to be shipped freight prepaid to Classic Coffee Concepts within seven (7) days of issuance of R/A Number. Classic Coffee Concepts reserves the right to cancel without notice any R/A number for which the product has not been received within 21 days of issuance.
  • Shipments received without a current and proper R/A number will be refused.
